1.1. Contract language and destination country
The contractual language is German, English, French and Italian. Our products are only shipped to customers who are domiciled or have their habitual abode in the offered shipping countries.


1.2. conclusion of contract
If an order is placed via the online shop, the buyer automatically receives an order confirmation. All work is made to order and should reach you 5 to 7 working days after receipt of payment. We assume no liability for any delays caused by an error on the part of the shipping provider.

1.3. prices and shipment
Our products include 20% or 13% sales tax. All prices do not include shipping costs.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs only apply once for an order with multiple items. Please understand that we can only deliver against prepayment.
The goods remain our property until full payment.


1.4. warranty
The warranty for movable objects is 2 years from acceptance of the goods.


1.5. Right of withdrawal / revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Please let us know in writing (preferably by email to office@hufeisenkunst.at). The withdrawal period applies from the time of receipt of the goods. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The shipping costs for any returns are to be borne by the buyer.
